After more than 20 years as a marketing executive and writer, Kaira Sturdivant Rouda entered the real estate industry with a bold outlook on how real estate companies should speak to customers.

In 2001, she launched the Real Living brand with a vision to create a completely different experience for homebuyers — one they could connect with and trust.
